Living on the Edge

The photo blog post prompt for today was “Edge” and I fiddled with a variety of ideas, one involving a can of Edge shaving cream, but in the end I went for something a little more dramatic.

I imagine when these houses were originally built they weren’t so close to the edge, but over time the sandstone cliff has eroded away and the edge has crept ever closer. Don’t know how much time they’ve got left, or what you could actually do about it, except perhaps to enjoy the view while you still can.

  1. I certainly would not want to live there. As clumsy as I tend to be, I’d fall off that ledge for sure! ha ha
